Europe's largest supercomputing conference – ISC 2024 – will take place in Hamburg, Germany.
The theme of this year's event, which is expected to attract around 3,000 visitors from 51 countries, is 'Reinventing HPC'. The conference will be held from 12 to 16 May.

Among the exhibitors will be IT4Innovations, which will present the Czech National Supercomputing Center and its activities, including the National Competence Centre in HPC and international projects currently working on, at its own booth (J22) at the conference.

IT4Innovations in the ISC 2024 conference programme:

Jiří Tomčala will present the research on "Successful Shor's Factorization of N=1031167 using the IBM Quantum Systems" at the poster session of the conference.

Karina Pešatová will take part in the following BoF sections 

  • HPC and You v4.0 – a Student BoF on Enjoying a Career and Community in HPC“ (Monday 13 May, from 2:15 PM in Hall F),
  • Super(computing)heroes“ (Tuesday 14 May, from 11:10 AM in Hall G1), 
  • HPC Outreach: Telling Our Stories of HPC in Science“ (Wednesday 15 May, from 2:30 in Hall F).
