IT4Innovations National Supercomputing Center is a leading research, development, and innovation centre active in the fields of High-Performance Computing (HPC), Data Analytics (HPDA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Quantum Computing (QC) and their applications. We have strong international links and employ more than 150 scientific, technical, and administrative staff. At present, IT4Innovations is running two supercomputers: Karolina (15.7 PFlop/s, installed in the summer of 2021), Barbora (849 TFlop/s, installed in the autumn of 2019), and is a member of the consortium operating LUMI, one of Europe's most powerful supercomputers. The VLQ quantum computer will be installed at IT4Innovations in 2025. 

We are seeking a 

Key Account Manager – Customer Engagement                           

for Development Department

 

Activity description:

  • defining and continuously improving the customer journey for accessing and utilizing IT4Innovations' resources. This includes the development of necessary documentation and alignment with relevant regulations,   
  • identifying, engaging, and onboarding new customers, expanding the user base of IT4Innovations' services,          
  • understanding customer skill levels and needs, guiding them to the right services, such as training, consultation, and computing projects,       
  • establishing efficient processes for onboarding new users, providing support, and gathering feedback,    
  • analyzing customer engagement data to improve service delivery,        
  • collaborating with project teams,  
  • representing IT4Innovations at events.

 

Full time equivalent: full-time employment

Type of job contract: fixed-term employment

Expected start of employment: 1. 4. 2025 or as agreed

 

We require:

  • experience in Key Account Management,
  • understanding of Customer Engagement principles and strategies,     
  • familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) processes, a general understanding of relevant regulations,
  • knowledge of IT concepts, data analysis, and AI,
  • strong communication and project management skills,
  • proactive and goal-oriented,             
  • very good English,     
  • knowledge of utilizing external (high-performance) computing resources is desirable,
  • experience with projects funded from public resources is a significant advantage.
