Europe's largest supercomputing conference – ISC 2023, will take place in Hamburg, Germany. Among the exhibitors, you will find IT4Innovations, which will present the Czech National Supercomputing Center and its activities at booth B209.

This year's ISC will take place from 21 to 25 May in Hamburg, Germany, and is expected to be attended by more than three thousand visitors. The conference, with its lectures and panel discussions, is traditionally complemented by an exhibitor section, which this time will feature more than 150 institutions or companies from around the world. IT4Innovations in the ISC 2023 programme:

Branislav Jansík, one of the representatives of the hosting institutions where the first quantum computers will be installed with the support of the EuroHPC JU, will participate in a discussion on The First Generation of European Quantum Computers (Monday 22 May,
1 pm–2 pm, Hall E). 

Tomáš Martinovič will present the BioDT project, which aims to push the current boundaries of a predictive understanding of biodiversity dynamics and develop a digital twin of biodiversity that enables advanced modeling, simulation, and prediction capabilities, in the poster session of the conference (22–24 May, Foyer D-G).

Karina Pešatová, Georg Zitzlsberger, and Markéta Hrabánková will present in the HPC and You v3.0 - a Student BoF on Enjoying a Career and Community in HPC session (Tuesday 23 May, 12:45 pm –1:45 pm, Hall E). 

Karina Pešatová will also participate in the session Another Step Towards the Sustainable HPC Outreach Ecosystem on 24 May (2:05 pm – 3:05 pm, Hall E). 

Jiří Tomčala will speak at the 2nd Workshop on Quantum and Hybrid Quantum-Classical Computing Approaches (Thursday 25 May, 2:35 pm – 3:35 pm, title of his presentation: Three Ways of Quantum Integer Factorization and Their Implementation, Hall Y8).
